Summary: Physical supplement orders are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Digital products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
1. Physical Products — Supplement Orders
We stand behind the quality of Lemon Tonic Elite and all physical products sold on HealthGold. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
- Request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
- Applies to both opened and unopened bottles.
- One refund per household per product SKU.

Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Return shipping is not required unless otherwise directed.
Subscription Orders (Auto-Refill)
Refund eligibility applies to each individual shipment within the same 30-day window per delivery. Cancellation of the subscription does not automatically generate a refund for prior shipments; each shipment is evaluated independently based on delivery date.
2. Digital Products — Men's Handbook & VIP Membership
Because digital content is delivered instantly upon purchase, the following conditions apply:
Men's Handbook — One-Time Purchase
- Full refund available within 30 days of purchase.
- Eligible only if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content (tracked by platform).
- If more than 20% has been accessed, no refund will be issued.
VIP Members' Area — Monthly Subscription ($37/month)
- Full refund available on the initial charge only, within 30 days of first purchase, subject to the same 20% access limitation.
- Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable once processed, but you may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
- To cancel your subscription, contact support by email, phone, or through your online account portal at [ACCOUNT PORTAL URL]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products where more than 20% of content has been accessed.
- Orders made more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
- Products purchased through third-party retailers (contact the retailer directly).
4. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can typically resolve issues faster than the chargeback process. Filing a chargeback does not affect your right to a refund, but disputes filed before contacting us may delay resolution.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
